On May 23, 2025, at the Saint-Éloi Restaurant, thanks to the generosity of guests and partners, a total of $30,000 was donated to Maison Papillon Enfants et Familles.
Presided over with honour by Manuel Silva, the 25th edition of this friendly dinner — originally initiated by his father — has preserved its spirit of camaraderie while gradually becoming a must-attend philanthropic event.
