Martin Gascon is President of Groupe Gascon Société Immobilière, a company specializing in real estate leasing and construction in the Outaouais region. He is also president of UTEau, a firm specializing in the treatment and reclamation of contaminated soil and water. Martin has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years. He ran his very first business at the age of 17 and currently owns seven successful businesses in the region. Martin excels in real estate development, construction and management. He stands out for his vision, determination, leadership and sense of duty. Martin is also a founding member and President of the fundraising campaign cabinet of Maison Papillon Enfants et Familles.

Brigitte has owned Centre de location Bouladier since its inception. She took over the family business with her brother and manages a team of 25 employees. Center Location Bouladier celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2023.
This kind-hearted woman is married with two children and a grandson. She loves challenges, both professional and personal. As such, she has successfully completed a 30 km marathon in aid of breast cancer.
Open to the world and its different cultures, she travels with passion. She hopes to be of service to her community through projects like Maison Papillon Enfants et Familles, dedicated to supporting families and their children.
Sylvain Bertrand
With a degree in finance from McGill University, an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a CPA designation, Sylvain has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years. President and majority shareholder of BBL Construction, the company specializes in turnkey commercial and high-rise residential projects. Sylvain is very involved with a number of organizations. A committed community volunteer, he is passionate about entrepreneurship, start-ups and causes supporting children, youth and the environment. He is a board member of the Institut Innovation Gatineau, a startup incubator and gas pedal, the École des entrepreneurs du Québec, chairs the Réseau d’affaires stratégique du Carrefour, is a member of the Partenariat Climat Outaouais executive committee and works on the fundraising campaign cabinet of Maison Papillon Enfants et Familles. Finally, Sylvain sits on various audit committees and has accepted the honorary chairmanship of fundraising events. Sylvain was named Personality of the Year 2023 by the Chambre de commerce de Gatineau.
Sophie Brunet
Raised in Chelsea and the mother of two sons and a daughter, Sophie studied architecture at McGill University in Montreal, gaining valuable experience in architectural offices for five years after graduation. In 2014, Sophie joined her family business, Ed Brunet et Associés, where she now holds the position of executive vice-president. With strong partners, including her spouse and brother, Sophie oversees strategic, legal and administrative issues. Committed to environmental causes, Sophie focuses on issues such as building energy efficiency and waste management on construction sites. Under her leadership, the company is implementing initiatives to improve performance in these areas, while promoting awareness within the industry. Sophie envisions a future marked by gender parity on construction sites, where a circular economy is firmly rooted in the industry. In addition to her professional efforts, Sophie believes in the importance of individual actions and family influences in creating a fairer, more environmentally-friendly world. She asserts that collective efforts, both in the construction sector and in women’s rights, are crucial for meaningful and lasting change.
Marc Carrière
Prefect of the MRC des Collines de l’Outaouais since 2021, Marc has been involved in politics all his life.
He grew up in Val-des-Monts and attended university in Ottawa, where he earned a BA in Administrative Sciences. He served as mayor of Val-des-Monts, and as an elected Liberal member of the Quebec National Assembly until 2018.
His experience and extensive network, both in politics and with economic players, mean that he is well versed in the issues and needs of the region’s citizens. He is committed to the well-being of his community, and believes that Maison Papillon Enfants et Familles is an essential part of that commitment.
Sylvie Charette
Sylvie Charette is a seasoned, agile manager who has held key roles in both private and publicly-traded companies in the media industry. She is now Executive Director of ID Gatineau. Ms. Charette has a keen sense of business and entrepreneurship. She is recognized for her ability to complete mandates through teamwork. She has forged lasting ties and relationships on both sides of the Ottawa River with customers and numerous organizations serving the business community. A UQO graduate, she is committed to contributing to the development of her community, as evidenced by her mandates as director on various boards such as Desjardins – Caisse de Gatineau, Re-Source Intégration Outaouais, Coop d’Information Le Droit and UQO. She is a certified Réseau M Diamond Mentor for the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce cell, and coaches entrepreneurs in the region.
Josianne Delorme
Sales Director since 2010 at Cogeco Media radio station 104.7, she is recognized in the business community as a go-getter who gets things done. She grew up in the world of media and business, and has earned the trust of her clients and partners along the way.
Mother to her son and grandmother a sweet granddaughter, she is involved with a number of community organizations to which she contributes directly through her actions. She is an outstanding ambassador for the causes that are close to her heart, including Maison Papillon Enfants et Familles.
Eric Déry
Passionate about business financing for over sixteen years, Éric assists his customers in all stages of financing (for the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and asset acquisitions). His knowledge of banking and the programs of all financial institutions is an important asset when it comes to choosing the best option for his clients. Recognized for his expertise and extensive network, he brings together and connects various stakeholders to help companies achieve their growth objectives. Éric has been involved in a number of causes over the years. Among others, he sits on the board of directors of the Institut Innovation Gatineau, a local business incubator with a provincial scope. He was named Honorary President of the Gala des grands chefs de l’Outaouais, an event benefiting the Canadian Cancer Society, where Éric has served as Honorary Patron for the past two years.
Amanda Mayer
Beyond her personal commitment to the causes of youth and palliative care, Amanda possesses a wealth of skills, experience and professional relationships developed over the course of her nearly 20-year career in the charitable sector. This experience extends to all aspects of nonprofit management, including governance, administration, human resources, communications and program management. In addition, her experiences working with both charities and grant-making foundations give her an in-depth understanding of the challenges and approaches involved in philanthropy, fundraising and managing relationships between funders and grantees. Since 2015, she has worked as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Programs at the Lawson Foundation. In addition to her practical knowledge, she holds a master’s degree in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership from Carleton University. She is a founding member of Maison Papillon Enfants et Familles, past Chair of the Board of Directors of La Maison des Collines (palliative care home) and currently Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Philanthropic Foundations Canada.
Martin Paquette
A native of the Outaouais region, Martin has had big ambitions from an early age. He excelled in sports and cherished the dream of becoming a professional field hockey player. By the age of 18, he was certain that to achieve his goals, he had to not only pursue them with passion, but also enjoy them.
This unshakeable determination propelled him into the business world. Self-taught, he explored the world of entrepreneurship, first investing in real estate before setting up his own project management company.
His visionary and innovative spirit led him to open his first spa in Chelsea, Quebec, in 2005, followed by two more in Winnipeg and Manitoba in 2015, and Whitby, Ontario in 2022. Vanessa Pilotte
Vanessa is CEO of the Choquette-Legault family office, overseeing the financial, investment and operational management of the family’s businesses. She is also President of the Choquette-Legault Foundation, a private philanthropic foundation focused on supporting education, health, social and sustainable development initiatives in Quebec. Before helping to create the family office in 2020, Vanessa was Vice President of Public Affairs and Sustainable Development at Brookfield Power – North America, where she worked for 12 years.
Vanessa sits on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa International Airport Authority, is Vice-President of the Ottawa Art Gallery and is also on the Board of Directors of the Orchestre symphonique de Gatineau. She is also a member of the fundraising campaign cabinet for Maison Papillon Enfants et Familles, a palliative care and respite home for children to be established in the Outaouais region.
Éric Raymond
Éric Raymond, CPA auditor, is a second-generation Multivesco executive. His father, Bernard Raymond, served as a member of management for over 38 years before stepping down. Éric is a proactive and energetic manager. Prior to joining Multivesco, he was a partner in an accounting firm that had itself been founded with other CPA colleagues.
His passion for his work is reflected in his attention to detail and the rigour he brings to every file and assignment. Always a good listener, Éric helps provide understandable reports on financial information so that the company can make sound business decisions. He is committed to the success of Multivesco and the company’s projects.
As VP Finance, Éric is responsible for overseeing all the company’s financial information and transactions, as well as communicating relevant information to other members of management. In addition, he is actively involved in all negotiations, whether for existing projects or future opportunities.
Éric holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a diploma of specialized studies in accounting from the Université du Québec en Outaouais. He also holds the title of chartered professional accountant (CPA auditor) and a public accounting permit. Patricia Rheault
